Mother Love

There is another late clutch of ducklings on the pond at work.   I spent more time than I should have watching the little ones this afternoon and trying to photograph them but they were so quick skimming across the water that I've decided on this picture of Mother and Baby and the extra of the baby preening itself after some playtime in the water.   There are nine ducklings in this clutch, three yellow and six brown and yellow, they are all surviving well.
