Wide Angle Wednesday - Landscape

Today's blip is a first  WidWed challenge attempt for me but I'm on a roll and hoping that I can complete a challenge each day from Monday to Friday this week!
Mr MC and I had to drive out into wildest Essex today and it seemed the perfect opportunity to take some landscape shots:  I liked this one best on balance, but have included another as an extra as I rather like that too. Both shots were taken as we approached Stanford Rivers at around 11am when the sky was still reasonably sunny.  Later on, dark clouds arrived, threatening rain which  eventually fell only briefly.
