Rainy St.Michael's Mount

We were at Mont Sainte Michelle last year and thought a wee visit to this smaller, less austentacious cousin was in order.

Unfortunately, the small fortune for parking they wanted, moved us along the road a bit to get this wonderful view.

Everywhere we went they wanted money just for parking and meant that we didn't do some of the things we would have wanted to do, but found alternatives. 

This was our rainy day as we headed towards Plymouth.
