smoke gets in your eyes

We have a lovely Danish couple staying at ours and we invited them for dinner with us tonight. We decided to barbecue some merguez and we ended up smoking the whole terrace out! Haha. It was so funny - lots of laughs as we tried, in vain, to waft the smoke away. Henning and Joan were great company. We hope they'll come back to stay with us some day.
