Lurking

Lurking in her tunnelled den in the lavender she watched. Her web stretching over quite a distance which would entrap many a bee or butterfly; she wasn't going to make a mistake or go hungry and judging by her size she was very successful at it!!

Surrounded by detritus from previous meals she seems to prefer the winged variety of food by the looks of it.
