Swallow

Was chuffed to bits to get a photo of a swallow in flight amongst the Meadow Sweet at Silver Meadows nature reserve near Bassenthwaite today.
They are normally far too fast for me, it was very windy this morning so think they were flying against the wind which slowed them down.
