I thought about having the title in German but that's against the rules.

G tried to sell a flat through an Estate Agent here - one of those full-of-promises ones.  The type who is interested in her 6% commission and hee-haw else. 

After 6 months of joke offers and lots of sighing from her.  She was told to stuff her "services".

She got quite grumpy about that.

"Go f*** yourself" was my initial and abiding reaction.

Why pay someone for being a liar?

G put the flat on the internet herself about a month ago, and did the viewings with prospective buyers.  A few idiots & estate agents and triers but...

Contracts were signed today.

The buyer does not have to fork out 6% to the lying woman.  The tenants have it writing that their rent will stay as it is.  I think that's a good reason for bubbles..
