Buttercups

My mother-in-law used to say "Aren't we lucky to have so much beautiful countryside on our doorstep?" She said it so often that it is now one of those family sayings. She was brought up in London's East End so it is no wonder she appreciated the counbtryside. But we love it too, and this blip was almost on my doorstep, just a mile and a half away. It is good to see wild flowers in the fields again, just as there used to be when we were children.
