Wreck this journal

An interesting concept that I came across online a couple of days ago. A kind of 'anti-journal' designed to release your inner child. Two copies arrived in the post this morning, one for the Miss and one for myself. Now all I need is a new shiny supply of arty type stuff to help fill/destroy it and the bravery to overcome my anal-ness and actually write/draw in it. I don't even want to crack the spine (which incidentally is one of the instructions inside!).
