Mermaid Outfit for little girls

Was out on St. Armand's to get my haircut and always check out the children's shop downstairs below Green Ginger. They sell very fine children's clothes. Very pricey, but often adorable. Have to really love it, to buy something they will outgrow in 6 .months. But fun to window shop.
