Car

Several months ago the car was rear ended. my husband and I were at a red light when a car plunged into our car. We think the fellow was probably texting.
We jumped through hoops with insurance(his and ours), got the estimate and made an appointment for the work to be done. New bumper and tailgate( the door in the back) it was straight forward.
Today the car was to be completed, the new bumper installed, everything else was finished. The employee backed the car into the garage and failed to see a white pole and since there was no bumper to protect.....
We were told that it would be two weeks before we see the car again.
