We had our Club Cross Country Champs today,Martina has only just got back from racing Triathlons in China and Japan. In China she swam in green water with a Nuclear Power station on the other Bank and if Auckland was in Beijing it would be tiny; Martina won the Senior Women's Race, Thomas who had an Achilles Strain from racing in his Spikes won the U16 Boys and Ophelia who had the Flu this week won the U16 Girls good running from all of them. We also had 19 Primary School runners who had a practice race for when they go to Blenheim later this Term. The kids where in all sizes from Tall to not very Tall but every one of them had a big heart and ran very well some had a very strong competitive spirit.
