The Culprit?

I strongly suspect that this small green caterpillar is one of the ones responsible for decimating my gooseberry bush. It's a good job I'd taken most of the crop off it before they all got devoured. I still can't kill or remove it - it has as much right to life as I, and is clearly happy here.
