Bee on lavender

The lavender is almost over but the bees are still buzzing all over the bushes extracting the last vestige of pollen.  
My extra photo today is off a bunch of hydrangeas hanging to dry on the stairs.  (Too soon for hanging) The bush in the garden was badly beaten by the torrential rain yesterday and I had to rescue several blooms
