Ridin' the Dragon...

I thought I'd missed this opportunity by being on holiday, but the charity Dragon Boat race day got shifted to today so we all headed over to Balloch to paddle some rather large boats, with dragon heads on them, in a series of races against the clock and against other teams all to raise money for Bobath cerebal palsy therapy in Scotland.

It was a brilliant fun packed  and exhausting day and all for a tremendously good cause.  Our team captain's son has cerebal palsy so we were named after him.

We even managed to win him the trophy which was the icing on the cake.  I was rather chuffed at how proud Bethany and Ewan seemed to be of our efforts.   They were a brilliant cheering squad.
