... at the America's Cup ...

A last minute decision to watch the sailing at Southsea ... I didn't expect it to be so good ... we had ringside seats, right on the water's edge, with nothing between us and the boats ... the racing was so exhilarating, so fast, with the GB team winning the first race and second in the other ... Ben Ainslie is a genius. 

The other highlight of the day was being reunited with my old lacrosse stick, now part of a yacht used by Portsmouth Sail Training Trust.
