i'm looking at my weather app, trying to work out if the hat is protection against the summer or the cold and the app says it's 18 degrees...

mine says 16...

it's not privatisation though, it's still, technically, under their governance only there's a bit of a detour, too technical for the likes of us to understand, not so much arms reach as beyond reach...but as i said, it's all a bit technical...
