Steam train between Wijlre and Eijserhalte

Thanks for the advice about the caramelising. I didn't dare to use my heat gun, mostly because I've already applied it when I renovating the stairs. A delicate dessert like the crème brûlée needed a different care. I have used the grill instead.

The day started off much better than yesterday, so we strolled pretty early towards Eijserhalte Station to finally blip the steam train. There is a viaduct over the track and I sat myself, feet over the railing, in the sunshine awaiting the train.
