Jamboree, Mallow or Mikado?

I'm not sure what you all know the jammy, marshmallow biscuit covered with coconut as but this astilbe reminds me of one. 

Stuck indoors most of today, due to the heavy rain but I got this image early this morning before the heavens opened.
