A few of us who were enthusiastic enough signed up for a 24 hour relay . We arranged this last October and I had not really thought too much about the effort required until a few days before

Take 6 runners ( one not in this as out on the course ) , a camp site, a * slightly * undulating course , minimal sleep and what do you get ? Giddiness and nonsense .
