Cogra Moss

We've had another wet misty walk today. Been to Cogra Moss which there  appears to be a problem with (according to the water authorities) they say the dam is too expensive to maintain, so are wanting to drain the lake and turn it into marsh land. As you can imagine the fishermen and locals are dead against the idea.
The dam is very small so shouldn't think it would take too much out of the authorities budget
