Happy birthday Dad
He would have been 73 today. Here he is with a bumper potato crop. We always had lovely homegrown fruit and veg at home. Being an Irishman, potatoes (spuds) were his favourite food, served boiled in their skins, with plenty of butter, salt and pepper.
