Bold Town

The Old Town area of Edinburgh is going through a bit of a transformation over the next few years, transforming wasteland behind the Royal Mile into a retail and accommodation area, hopefully, blending with the architecture of the area. One of the spaces that will be developed is New Street which is currently an area that the council has allowed to be used by graffiti artists. With the quality of the art that is added along these walls I do hope that someone has thought about ensuring there is still a space for the artists to express themselves when everything is shiny and new. That would show Edinburgh to be a bold town.
