Bike ride

A bike ride with Stephanie and Karen today. It was Stephanie's first ride of the season and Karen's first long ride of her life, a milestone for her. The reward was the Hello Cafe for coffee and scones and the lovely River Road. I'm sort of stuck on black and white these days.
