Cooling off...

Soups in Scotland are for warming up.

However with today's temperatures in southern Spain again in the high 30s these lunchtime soups were refreshingly cool .

Gazpacho for Cathleen and for me the Andalusian delicacy of Ajo Blanco made with white almonds and garlic and served with sweet Malaga raisins or (as here in Nerja) with grapes.
