Were-moon

Struck by the almost-full moon through the branches this prevening:

This morning I had been getting ready to snap a lorikeet in a tree on my way to work. Before I was set, it flew off. Exposure not set; focus not set; fleeing quickly out of frame. Snapped anyway, and I actually rather like it; enough so that I was unsure which to choose for today's shot:
