The Prince of Artichokes

Just settled into our new home in rural Sizun care of an AirBnB booking, this was my first attempt tonight at cooking globe artichoke and making a hollandaise sauce to dip it all in.

Think we did quite a passable attempt tonight and I enjoyed my first-ever taste of this relative of the thistle and celebrated "Prince de Bretagne".
