When law breaks itself

Having one of THOSE days today.

But, high levels of amusement happened when I saw this...

Wonder if there will be a parking ticket. It would take a brave parking inspector to fine them, but, laws are laws in my opinion. If someone is going to enforce them, they should adhere to them.
