Blimey it's got cold : I've gone back to 3 layers indoors & I'm wearing silk vests again. How are the rest of you faring??.
I've managed to do 3 Pilates sessions this week & for the first time since Hip replacement I feel square in my Pelvis again, if you can understand that..
After that this morning I ate a huge lunch & went off to the Playhouse Bar to meet my pal Mim : she's celebrating going down to 3 days a week infant school teaching, to enable her to spend a day looking after her 2 young grandsons , a day painting & a day to herself. Heaven she declares.
Blaze, the Dragon , is the work of infant school children, sponsored by a local hairdressers. Each child did a patch.
I thought these 2 sit well together.
