Beautiful Poppy

Had a lovely quiet day. Went to Pilates then came home and sat in the conservatory in the sun. I did my literature course and read it was lovely. I got on the wii to check my weight as I'm still fasting some days, today being one. I also did the body test and my wii age came out at 39!!!!! Ha ha in my head but my body needs an oil as my joints are stiff especially after Pilates. I took a few photos in the garden and eventually chose this lovely poppy in the sunshine, It will only last today and the other flowers etc will still be there for my picture tomorrow!
