Velodrome

A special day today as I had the chance to cycle around the velodrome at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.

So a fixed gear cycle without brakes and shoes clipped into the pedals was a first for me but I managed to cycle just above the blue line on the banked section!

It was nerve wrecking and exhilarating.

Chris Hoy and co you already had my respect but now I am in complete admiration!
