Play parks for Older People

Hold on, is this a play park for seniors? Sorry, no it’s our local children’s playground. 
 
But there is a new worldwide trend to create playgrounds for older people. So far there is only one in the UK and that is in Manchester. In the Far East and Europe though the concept is well established.
 
I only learnt about this new trend today in Ronnie Bennett's blog Time Goes By
 
 
Well, it certainly makes a difference. Maybe we ought to start campaigning for one in Bridge of Allan. There are certainly enough of us in this category who would use it.
