Me, myself and the sauna :)

I had never been to the sauna on my own before.. within the months of chemo and radiation therapy i've dreamed of this moment :)
The masseuse said that my body was tense, like an armour.. I had to be a little more friendly towards my body she said.. because it definetly deserves it after the heavy treatment it has gone through!!
