On and on

Wish it could have gone on and on, but today we had to come home.
Started the day with a long beach walk-we were the first along (after the people and machines that comb the sand!) and it was beautiful, if a bit windy. Several sets of beach huts, and this shot was taken through the windows of one rather beautiful set.
Final drinks on the terrace of the Excelsior looking over the sweeping beach (see extra) before we set off, final boat trip, final sandwich, prosecco and Aperol, then uneventful flight home.
Had dinner with P hearing about his (failing) training attempts with Diesel, then back to K's to chat with A&N.
Sigh......
