Ghost Sign, Woodbine Road

Both Eoin and I have had our eye on this ghost sign near our house for a while - sorry love, you were in Manchester, I was in need of a blip!
I doubt it will be around much longer having been built upon and worn away over the years.
The only word I can work out is 'Provisions'.
