Hackley Bay

We awakened to a bright and sunny morning and decided to have a picnic at Hackley Bay which is on the coastal stretch of the Sands of Forvie.

The SoF has the 5th largest area of sand dunes of any nature reserve in Britain.  We walked through the the heathland to the north of the reserve to reach the bay.  We enjoyed our picnic!
