Bling

Another bit of running bling to add to my medal collection. For running a 5k distance last month. All for charity too.

In other news I have been bed bound for most of last 2 days with a misaligned jaw (made worse by cheering my son on in his race on Thursday!). Hopefully it will resolve itself soon..
