Suffragettes and Leonard Cohen

Back from the Literature Report meeting in Glasgow, and meeting the author and designer of November's The Rainforests of Britain and Ireland in Edinburgh, I got back to the office this morning to find these two beauties have arrived. Ajay Close's novel A Petrol Scented Spring is an amazing, and amazingly tough, novel about the suffragettes and based on a true story. With that we have the new paperback edition of Liel Leibovitz's Leonard Cohen biography, A Broken Hallelujah. Two great books that really look the part.
