Very pink

Our newly planted standard fuschia is positively bursting with buds and this morning, in the brief spell of sunshine, these two opened up for me. I love them; they always look so happy.

I never knew that the flower was named after a German scientist, Leonhart Fuchs and then the colour came next. Leonhart was a physician and one of the three founding fathers of botany.
