Whilst the people painting the stencils were bothered to go down to two bottom of the access slope (if not actually onto it) the biological hazard implementation teams can barely be arsed to move more than a few paces away from the street, so three of the four signs will be beyond them, as will the whole concept of not being pathologically antisocial.
