Bees under threat

I know I have only recently blipped a bumble bee on lavender but this is a honey bee.   Bees are under threat from many sources but their biggest threat at present is from Neonicotinoid pesticides which have recently been given the all clear by Elizabeth Truss MP, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

It is noticeable that there are fewer bees around than there used to be.   Without bees we cannot survive
