... and then decide I was right - Brian Clough ( the greatest manager England never had, so they say ) on listening to players opinions.

He managed numerous clubs but is best known for his results with Derby County and later Nottingham Forest, taking both clubs up from the second division to be winners of the first division.

This statue of him is in Nottingham city centre, where I spent too much money, but part of it went on a dress for the wedding we're going to in October, so at least that bit's sorted.
