In Flight

We went to the Venice Rookery again this morning and were pleased to see many more birds than yesterday.  This Great White Egret took off from the little island and flew toward me (about 50 feet). I quickly aimed up and somehow managed to get two decent shots (I usually end up with a wing clipped off when I try this).
