Pleasant day today, weather wise. Shame it's not set to continue; I hear a torrent of rain is coming the next few days. That should be fun.

I was feeling a bit stiff today after the gym last night and I couldn't really tell if keeping myself better hydrated was making any difference. It certainly made me pee more often.
