Anniversary

Guildford has celebrated the 150th anniversary of 'Alice in Wonderland by creating some rather nice floral displays in the Castle Grounds.

The displays here are always colourful and striking, but needless to say that as soon as we arrived the sky clouded over and it started to drizzle...

The actual 'Alice' garden, which is home to a statue showing 'Alice through the Looking Glass', is rather hidden away and I have to say, it looked rather bare and unloved by comparison.
