Pouring in liquid silver

This is a new condo called "Symphony Tower" and there has been some debate on whether its windows meet the requirements for the amount of light which must be allowed inside (i.e., is the window glazing too much)?
No definite decision yet, but they better hurry, or the liquid silver will be all in!
