Myrtle.....

......and this is my very first attempt at a macro shot with the lovely camera everyone gave me for my birthday yesterday!  I'm reasonably pleased.  

The bush is just coming into flower and I think they are very delicate.  However, my attempt to read the Manual for said camera has left (hayloft!!) me with a mega headache!   It's so complicated and, although the old one probably did a lot of these things/had a lot of the same functions, I never bothered with them.  This time I want to learn how to use it more fully!
