River Chelmer

Had a wonderful day with a friend, going first to Paper Mill Lock on the River Chelmer and then to an open garden for the NGS.  The weather was windy with sun and cloud.  We had a coffee and then walked along the riverbank which is where I took this shot, along with plenty of other shots! The garden was stunning, lots of interesting little nooks and crannies and beautiful colour combinations and plants.  I found it extremely difficult to know which shot to put on blip.  Used up my last two extras!  Came home and washed the car and watered the garden as its really drying out again.
