Anticipation

It's that time of year again. Tonight I helped Mum start on the Christmas cake by getting the fruit into a bowl with a can of Guinness and quite a bit of brandy. After a good stir it's gone into the fridge and will sit for a couple of days with the occasional stir before the cake is made.
