A funky little joint in Northbridge stretching up three flights of stairs to a rooftop bar.
I've been wanting to go since I read about it's
funding start (crowd funding raising over $110,000) and clever rewards for those who put in anything from $5 upwards
onsite noodle maker
laundry decor ( yes washing machines and ironing boards!)
bar surfaced with tiles but not any old tiles....mahjong tiles, how cool is that!?
and for their 'signature' Ramen soups.
Today was the day with buddy S who lives a hop, skip and a couple of cross walks away.

Lunch was shared Penang Duck dumplings and bowls of Ramen washed down with warm sake. Interesting if not spectacular and while S wouldn't venture back I would for a mooch with camera in hand and perhaps a plate of prawn and galangal pork dumplings and crispy pig ears. (The latter must be the go as Nigella was crisping pig ears just the other evening!)

The extra pic is of Caesar the noodlemaker who plies his trade making noodles for the soups in a little open space plonked in the second floor dining area.
